My Story

Hi! I’m LJ, a visual artist and storyteller with a background in animation, illustration, video editing, and design. I love creating artwork that captures personality, sparks joy, and tells a story.

Much of my work is inspired by the people, places, and experiences that have shaped me. From designing stickers of rescued animals for The Gentle Barn, to creating adoption artwork for LA Animal Services, to illustrating shelter pets for fundraising events, I enjoy using art to support causes close to my heart. My work blends creativity, humor, and a touch of wonder, often drawing inspiration from travel, personal experiences, and this beautiful journey we call life.

Storytelling has also led me to some incredible professional opportunities. I've worked on feature films at DreamWorks Animation, contributed to a WWE reality television show, and collaborated with the Universal Studios Creative team on projects including Universal Epic Universe and Universal Beijing Resort. Along the way, I’ve studied everything from traditional drawing, photography, and digital media, always looking for new ways to grow as an artist.
